Questo regime dietetico \u00e8 infatti associato alla prevenzione del diabete, delle malattie cardiovascolari e dei tumori. Tanto pi\u00f9 le concentrazioni di queste sostanze sono elevate, tanto pi\u00f9 indicano un\u2019alterata permeabilit\u00e0 intestinale. Le partecipanti sono state suddivise in due gruppi, uno di intervento al quale \u00e8 stato chiesto di seguire una <strong>dieta Mediterranea<\/strong> per 3 mesi, e uno di controllo. Per ogni partecipante, sono state misurate anche le concentrazioni di acidi grassi a catena corta fecali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dall\u2019analisi dei dati si \u00e8 osservato un aumento significativo dell\u2019aderenza alla dieta Mediterranea nel gruppo di intervento e una riduzione sia delle concentrazioni plasmatiche di LBP che di zonulina fecale.
